This restaurant is exceptional thanks to its excellent traditional Czech and international cuisine and its architectural design – its peripheral walls are built from unburned clay trampled down into formwork by pissé technology, and also thanks to the gallery of artwork by prominent Czech painters and graphic artists - inspired by the magic retro-world of airships, they created for Tetu Brissy new and unique works which add an original and poetic atmosphere to the restaurant. more »
