„Aeronauts“ in Benice
The big, all-sports Park Holiday complex in Prague – Benice is suitably complemented from the culinary point of view by the Tetu Brissy restaurant (formerly known to gourmets as Hliněnka). It has now been significantly transformed into an aeronautical restaurant named after the pioneer of airship flying.
Tomáš Bím, renowned thanks to his tennis paintings and graphic drawings, added milieu to the restaurant with his artistic artifacts. In addition, works of other prominent painters and graphic artists decorate the restaurant walls. To name just one, let us mention the author of the unforgettable movie posters Olga Vyleťalová.
The gastronomic oasis in Benice changed not only its name but also, significantly, its menu. You can enjoy traditional meals of the Czech cuisine, but you can also make a taste excursion into the meals of the 19th century. The top meals of the local gourmet menu include the old Czech goose breast dish called bejlík, or the traditional beef roast with cream sauce. Eaters who often visit the Park Holiday tennis courts can utilize the unique menu vouchers called Air Tickets for Three Flights, or the low-priced Boarding Passes.back »
