Welcome aboard the Têtu Brissy Restaurant, named after the famous pioneer of French aeronautics, Pierre de Testu-Brissy (1770–1829).
The atmosphere of the restaurant, which is inspired by aeronautics, complements the excellent cuisine. The theme is commemorated here through the creative works of leading Czech painters and graphic designers who were inspired by the magical retro world of hot air balloons and airships and who created new original works for Têtu Brissy. The restaurant itself was built using unfired clay and wood, the same materials that were used in the age of our aviation heroes.
One of our specialities is that we organise aeronautical flights to gastronomically interesting European countries and regions. Every flight starts off with an evening of appreciative food tasting, generally in the presence of both an expert or chef from the country being visited and a wine steward who selects the appropriate wine for each dish.

Á la carte menuThe right combination of spectacular dishes and quality wines will take your gastronomic experience to new heights. In order to ensure that this is the case, our restaurant manager, Pavel Křapáček, buys more than 70 different types of wine from renowned domestic and international wine regions.
Wine listThe gallery of creative works is dominated by a model of an airship by Pierre de Testu-Brissy from the year 1850. The model was made by Tomáš Bím based on engravings from the period. The walls of the restaurant are adorned with original works by leading Czech and Slovak painters and graphic artists, including Kamil Lhoták, Boris Jirků, Jiří Slíva, Xenie Hoffmeisterová, Petr Ptáček, Jozefa Danglár, Adolfa Born, Antonín Lukavský Ivan Komárek, Olga Vyleťalová, Roman Franta, Martin Velíšek and Tomáš Bím, which give the space an original and poetic atmosphere.
